Trigger A creature Casts a Spell Sephone has prepared

Effect Sephone expends a prepared spell, losing the spell slot as if she had cast the triggering spell. She then attempts to counteract the triggering spell.

Frequency three times per day

Effect Sephone fuels her spell with the essence of Hell. The next spell she casts deals fire damage instead of its usual damage type. Any creature that takes damage from the spell and doesn't have the unholy trait also takes an additional 2d8 spirit damage (DC 25 fortitude save).

Frequency once per minute

Effect Sephone drains her religious symbol and regains a spell she has cast. During her current turn, she can cast one spell she prepared today and already cast.

If the next action Sephone uses is to Cast a Spell that has an area of a cone or line and does not have a duration, increase the area of that spell. Add 5 feet to the length of a cone or line that is normally 15 feet long or smaller, and add 10 feet to the length of a larger cone or line.
