You conjure a dense storm of swirling confetti. All creatures within the area of the confetti become Concealed, and all creatures outside the storm become concealed to creatures within it. Additionally, creatures in the area of the confetti continually hear the raucous sounds of a party or festival and take a –2 circumstance penalty on Perception checks to hear. The number of actions you spend when Casting this Spell determines its area. You can Dismiss the spell.
