Choose scaling d8 acid, scaling d8 bludgeoning, scaling d8 cold, scaling d8 electricity, scaling d8 fire, scaling d8 force, scaling d8 piercing, scaling d8 slashing, scaling d8 sonic, or scaling d8 spirit damage, and choose a 30-foot area, a 15-foot area within 120 feet, or a 50-foot area. The blast deals 6d8 damage of the type you chose to each creature in the area.
