Meliar Aructus takes 25 untyped damage at the end of his turn if he Cast a Spell, used Borrow Time, or made a Strike that turn. This damage ignores resistance.

When a creature in the aura would be healed by a vitality effect, the healing is reduced by 15, and Meliar Aructus regains 15 healing Hit Points.
Whoever kills Meliar must succeed at a DC 35 will save or be visibly marked as anathema to Asmodeus. They gain weakness 10 to unholy damage and take a –2 circumstance penalty to Charisma-based skill checks against followers of Asmodeus. The DCs of checks to about or the marked creature are reduced by 2. The mark can't be hidden.
When Meliar dies, the divine power barely contained within his body explodes outward, dealing 6d8 spirit damage to each creature in a 30-foot emanation (DC 33 reflex save).
Meliar chooses two different creatures in his infernal tendrils aura. Each one must be either a devil or himself. One target loses 25 HP, and the other regains that many HP. Unwilling targets can negate the transfer with a successful DC 39 fortitude save.
Meliar's unarmed attacks and mace gain the +2 greater striking decaying frost runes when used by him, and his Strikes gain the death trait.
