Effect Rayhnne attempts a DC 11 flat. On a success, the attack becomes a normal hit instead.
Rayhnne makes a Strike against a creature, then Strides. This Stride doesn't trigger reactions. If she ends this Stride in a difference space adjacent to the same creature, she makes another Strike against it. If both Strikes succeed, the creature is Off-Guard until the start of Rayhnne's next turn. Each attack counts against Rayhnne's multiple attack penalty, but the penalty doesn't increase until she's made both attacks.
Rayhnne smashes her flails together, creating a localized shock wave. She chooses whether this effect is a 15-foot emanation or a 15-foot cone. Each creature in the area takes 10d6 sonic damage with a DC 34 reflex saving throw. A creature that fails its save is also Dazzled for 1 round. A creature that critically fails is also Deafened for 1 minute.
Rayhnne spins her flails rapidly in all directions, giving her a +2 circumstance bonus to her AC and Reflex saves until the start of her next turn. If she uses Reactive Strike while this ability is active, she adds 1d10 to her damage.
